SAND ECONOMICS is entirely owned by Croatian citizens and successful in business since 1991. Our major business activities are investments in building and tourism. We have built a few attractive apartment houses and residential buildings for sale, all sold out to end users prior to or during the construction.. Quality and quick building is a special feature of our business as well as self-financing and project planning and finalizing the objects under construction for sale. The new feature introduced this year is building a high-quality object in Opatija with luxury apartments. This apartment house is the first one in the series of houses that soon will be the property of "Sand Economics" and available for rent. Our houses are meant to enrich the offer made to holiday makers and travelers to Croatia
